Outfit of the day

The H&M jumper makes another appearance, I do love it! This is what I wore last night to go for a pub dinner with my boyfriend and then quiz night. I am so sick of wearing jeans everyday so I thought I'd get my shorts out for once. This belt was on my wishlist for ages but I couldn't spend £40 on a belt so when I saw it on ebay for £15 I snapped it up straight away! Everyone knows I'm around when I wear it as I make a rather loud jingle noise!!

Outfit of the day

This is my outfit I wore the other day when we went out for dinner for my mum's birthday. I really love this jumper from H&M. It's perfect for days when it's neither hot nor cold. I really wish my legs were a little bit longer, they look so stumpy esp in these jeans! I find petite jeans make my legs look shorter so I usually get regular length even though they are far too long for me.

I'm really impressed with Topman jewellery, I got this necklace in the sale for £3 and I love it! They have some fab jewellery in there, who says you can't wear mens jewellery?! :p

Jumper : H&M
Jeans : Tesco
Scarf : Ebay
Hat : A guy in a band
Necklace : Topman
Turquoise ring : Primark
Navajo ring : H&M

Room Tour

Yesturday I had a spring clean of my bedroom. It's usually a complete mess with clothes thrown everywhere so I thought I'd make it look like a proper bedroom. I never actually sleep in my bed, I stay at my boyfriend's house every night so I use my bed as a wardrobe most of the time. I thought I'd take some photos of my newly clean and tidy bedroom for my blog. You may or may not be interested in seeing my bedroom but I quite like seeing other people's room's, it gives me inspiration for mine, so if you have a post about your room in your blog, comment with the link!

Jewellery hanger : ASOS

Lets see how long it is until it's a mess again!!

Topshop Glam Undergroundr

I'm really looking forward to the new clothes coming into the shops for Autumn/Winter. Topshop have posted a few photos on their Facebook of the new collection Glam Underground. I'm loving it. I love Glam Rock and rock n' roll clothes! The glitter boots are amazing and I need to have some!

Here's a couple of my fave items. As you can see Topshop seems to be pretty expensive these days. £60 for a hat seems a little expensive for a high street store to me.

And of course these amazing boots. I would kill for these!

Winter Navajo

Here's my winter version of my previous post. The H&M Autumn/Winter catalogue dropped through my door yesturday and I fell in love with this poncho. I do think I may be a little on the petite side to wear it as it may swamp me but I'll be sure to give it a try next time I'm in Nottingham. I did however order a black felt floppy hat which I've been after for ages so that made my day. I'm glad that the aztec trend is still alive over the winter as well.

I saw these boots in Topsgop the other day and I think they are utterly gorgeous. However since Topshop shoes usually kill my feet I'll leave them on shelves I think!

Little Navajo

I'm sure you're all bored with me going on about the aztec trend by now but here I am again. I absolutely love this skirt so much but I can't afford hundreds on a skirt right now so I'll just dream about it instead! I love these boots from Topshop, I think they'd go with pretty much everything. And of course one of my fave MAC lippy's, Costa Chic!!

iPhone 4 Photos

About a month ago I decided to take the plunge and upgrage my old cracked, scratched & much loved iPhone 3G with a beautiful iPhone 4 in white. I'm glad I did, it is an amazing phone. Being a photographer I am already obsessed with taking photos at every opportunity but with my iPhone 4 I seem to be even more into taking pics of anything and everything. I like to capture every moment! The iPhone 4's camera is really good. 5mp isn't that great but with it's autofocus and it's backlit sensor it takes some fab pictures. I am a little bit addicted to photo editing apps as well so there is endless hours of fun messing around with photos and making the most boring scene look pretty!

Here are a few of my photos since I got it. This is a very small selection. I have infact taken over 300 photos in a month! A little bit silly maybe? Nah!!

1. My little doggy peeping around the corner. 2. The park at the back of my house. 3. A rainy summer's day. 4. Just me. 5. Me & my boyfriend at the park. 6. Nottingham city centre. 7. Me & my friend Sammy. 8. Just me again in Nottingham.

Apps used : ProCamera, Camera+, iDarkroom, Instagram, Filterstorm, Hipstamatic.

So anyone that's thinking of getting an iPhone 4, I say go for it, I wouldn't be without mine!!

More photos coming next month xox

Style Icons : Mary-Kate & Ashley

I'm not going to pretend I know which one is which, they are twins after all (Mary-Kate has a more homeless look than Ashley?!), but what I do know is these 2 beautiful ladies have some awesome style! They are so effortlessly stylish and look good in pretty much everything they wear. OK so there have also been some pretty bad fashion errors but mainly I think they look pretty good. I also have a bit of a soft spot for them due to the fact they are pretty much the same age and height as me. Being a tiny person, I always have to think 'will that suit me?' but MK & A always look good despite also being petite!

I'm also in love with their boho looking hair and make up. I'm a big fan of messy hair and dark brown smokey eyes.

What do you think of the Olsen Twins style? Stylish? Awful?
I personally love it :)

Outift of the Day

Hey guys, hope you're all having a nice week. Oh it's the weekend already! Time really does fly.

Here's an outfit from a couple of days ago, I'm a little behind on blogging as you can tell.

I picked up this tshirt from Primark the other day after seeing quite a few people in it and thinking it was awesome. It was £3 which I think is fantastic. If you read my blog you'll know I love the Native American trend at the moment so this really tickled my fancy. The bag was also a Primark steal at £3, reduced from £6 and I added the Dreamcatcher myself.

Top - Primark.
Jeans - Tesco.
Hat - From a random guy at a gig.
Bag - Primark.
Boots - Dorothy Perkins.
Belt - Primark.
Jewellery - Topman, H&M.

Yesturday I went into Nottingham to meet my friend, we had dinner at Nando's and did a bit of shopping. I picked up a new Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish (an absolute MUST!) and a mini Fix+ from MAC! I also got my mum a birthday present (MAC Hot Gossip lippy, her fave!) but I didn't find any clothes I liked. Sad face. The shops are starting to get new things in from Autumn/Winter, I've seen lots of rust, camel and mustard colours, all of which I hate...! Looks like it'll be black for me again!! Here's a pic of my friend and I at Market Square...everyone says we look like sisters!

Until next time, lots of love!!

Ethnic Print Maxi

I'm a big fan of maxi dresses at the moment. I always thought I'd be too small to wear one but I think I look fine and they are so easy to wear. I got this one in the sale in New Look, fell in love straight away. I wore this on a rare warm night for my boyfriends outdoor gig with my tan gladiator heels and gold jewellery! I think this will be going with me to Dublin in August.

I'm growing out my fringe at the moment which explains why it looks so bad! It's just getting past the annoying stage now so I'm hoping it'll look ok in about another month. I had my hair cut yesturday so my fringe flows into my hair so it doesn't look as bad as it does on these pics now!!

How do you feel about maxi dresses?

A few missed outfits

Just blogging a few outfits I've missed out on the blog but have been posted on Lookbook!

The first is an outfit I wore to my boyfriend's gig a few weeks ago (minus the hat). I love this top so much and it was a complete bargain at £8 from good old Primark! The jeans are also from Primark and so are the shoes. The hat is from ASDA. Cheapy outfit but looks good anyway.

The second is a shopping outfit from a few weeks ago. Got this cute little jumper in the sale from H&M for £5. I don't usually wear pale colours but I can just about get away with cream. Belt is from DP, Jeans from Tesco, boots from DP and the boot straps are from ebay, really make a boring pair of boots look awesome! Think I got the necklace from Boots, again in the sale.

Got lots of new items lately which will be blogged soon! Hope you all have a good weekend!
